Who we are
We are a husband and wife team dedicated to hospitality. With backgrounds in engineering, operations, quality and sales, we found our home in short-term rentals…and we LOVE it! From the start of our first rental, we knew one day we wanted to build a family business to share our passion and expertise. Now, we are living our dream of working together to help others succeed in short-term rental investments and reach their financial goals…with one catch…we do all the work!

What is “TEREO”?
TEREO (tay-reh’-o) is a Greek word from the Bible story of the Wedding at Cana, where Jesus famously turns water into wine. The bride and groom had already run out of wine on the first day of their week-long celebration, risking lifelong embarrassment for not properly showing hospitality! Jesus (without the groom knowing) steps in to direct servants to fill six stone jars with water, and serve a glass to the Master of the Feast. By the time he tastes it, it has turned into not just ok wine, but exceptional wine! Despite having not done any of the work, it’s the groom who receives this compliment, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.” That word “kept” is TEREO, meaning “to guard, watch over and attend to carefully”. At TEREO, we apply the meaning of the name and the principle of exceptional behind-the-scenes work in how we care for, manage and host your property—ensuring you receive the reward with none of the work…just like the groom!
